Stimulus
For my stimulus I have created a “sister” blog. This blog can be accessed by a link on this blog. The process will be to send an e-mail to my focus group and invite them to go to this blog. In the blog there is a series of images and questions. Through the blog comments we can have qualitative information. (http://quicksurveycca.blogspot.com/) example.
Method
1. I will create a blog to have a constant way of communication.
2. I will have interviews within my selected group.
3. I want to create a stimulus (sister blog) that will enable me to reach more people within my group of research.

Focus Group
I am going to focus in different staff subgroups: Communications Office, ETS, Financial Aid Office, Graduate Programs, Libraries, Students Affairs, Student Records and The Wattis Institute.
